We took a Rubbermaid Heavy Duty Utility Cart and designed this enclosure so that you can lock up your tools. We can supply them 3 ways: You can supply us with the cart and we will assemble it and install the enclosure. We will send you the enclosure un-assembled and you can install it on your cart. You will have the option of using Pop Rivets or Tek Screws. We can supply the cart and the enclosure assembled.
